Terms of Service
Welcome to WorkLink SA (“WorkLink”, “we”, “us”). By accessing or using https://worklink-sa.co.za and related services you agree to these Terms of Service.
1. Nature of the service
WorkLink is a South African marketplace for digital products, templates and free tools. Official WorkLink products are sold through the platform’s Yoco checkout. Independent sellers may list approved digital products subject to review.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials. You must be at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent or guardian to use the platform.
3. Purchases and delivery
Payments for official products are processed by Yoco. Access to digital goods is granted after successful payment confirmation via server-side webhook. Digital products are generally non-refundable once delivered, except where required by South African consumer law or where a product is materially defective.
4. Seller obligations
Sellers must only list products they have the right to sell, must not upload illegal or infringing content, and must honour any delivery commitments stated on their listing. WorkLink may remove listings or suspend accounts that breach these terms.
5. Acceptable use
- Do not attempt to circumvent payment, access controls or security measures.
- Do not upload malware, scrape the site aggressively, or misuse free tools.
- Do not use the platform for unlawful, fraudulent or harmful activity.
6. Intellectual property
Platform branding, design and official product content remain the property of WorkLink or its licensors. Buyer licences to digital products are personal and non-transferable unless stated otherwise on the product page.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, WorkLink is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from use of the platform or digital products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.
8. Changes and termination
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Courts of Gauteng shall have jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections.
