- Account data – email address, display name and authentication identifiers when you sign up (via Firebase Authentication).
- Transaction data – order references, product purchased and payment status (payment card details are handled by Yoco; we do not store full card numbers).
- Seller data – payout method preferences and profile information you submit.
- Technical data – IP address, browser type, device information and essential cookies required for security and session management.
- Optional analytics – usage statistics if you accept non-essential cookies.
2. How we use information
- To create and manage your account and provide authentication.
- To process orders, grant product access and manage refunds where applicable.
- To communicate about transactions, security and important service notices.
- To improve the platform and prevent fraud or abuse.
- To comply with legal obligations.
3. Cookies

4. Sharing
We share data with service providers strictly necessary to operate the platform:
- Firebase / Google Cloud – authentication and database.
- Yoco – payment processing.
- Cloudinary – media storage and delivery.
- Cloudflare – hosting and edge services.
We do not sell personal information.
5. Retention and security
We retain account and transaction records for as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal requirements. We apply technical and organisational measures appropriate to the sensitivity of the data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
